Dr. Dan Daugherty
Dr. Dan Daugherty is a graduate from The Ohio State University College of Optometry where he graduated with honors and was a member of the Optometric Honor Society, Beta Sigma Kappa. During his rotations at Ohio State he received training in diagnosing and treating ocular disease, specialty contact lens fitting, pediatrics and low vision rehabilitation.
Dr. Daugherty is originally from North Canton, Ohio where he attended Hoover High School. He received his undergraduate degree from Ohio State where he completed his pre-optometry courses and majored in finance. He is excited to return to northeast Ohio to live closer to family and friends.
In his spare time Dr. Daugherty enjoys playing basketball, golfing, traveling and watching a variety of sporting events. He is a passionate Cleveland sports and Buckeyes fan.

Dr. Haley Duhaime
Dr. Haley Duhaime is a graduate of The Ohio State University College of Optometry. She has been practicing optometry throughout northeast Ohio since graduation in 2004. She attended Mount Vernon Nazarene University for her undergraduate degree.
Dr. Duhaime enjoys seeing patients of all ages. She has extensive experience in fitting contacts lenses, pediatric exams, dry eye treatment, and pre/post operative treatment.
Dr. Duhaime grew up in Louisville, Ohio and is happy to be back in the area. She enjoys spending time with her husband and their three young children.
Dr. Duhaime can be seen in the Green office.
Dr. Andrea Earley
Dr. Andrea Earley is a native of Northeast Ohio and a graduate of John Carroll University. She continued her studies at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry and graduated in 1998. After graduation she and her husband, Tim (who is also an optometrist), settled in Medina . She recently relocated to the Bath area.
She has three children, Sophia, Charlie and Julia, that keep her quite busy when she is not working. In her free time she enjoys traveling, reading and knitting.
Dr. Earley can be seen in the Fairlawn office.
Dr. Thomas Handel
Dr. Thomas Handel grew up in North Canton, attending Hoover High School. He did his undergraduate studies at The Ohio State University. He graduated with honors from The Ohio State University College of Optometry in 1987 at the age of 23. He was one of the youngest to graduate from the college.
After graduation he returned to Northeast Ohio. Dr. Handel purchased Arlington Eye Care in 1991. The growth of Arlington Eye Care led Dr. Handel to open The Handel Vision Clinic in Fairlawn in 2003.
Professionally, Dr. Handel prides himself on keeping up with technology that will enhance the eye exam experience for the patients and help the doctors evaluate your eyes accurately. He is a member of the Optometric Honor Society Beta Sigma Kappa, the American Optometric Association and the Ohio Optometric Association, and the American Academy of Orthokeratology and Myopia Control.
In addition to being an avid Buckeyes fan, Dr. Handel keeps busy by spending time with his wife, Krista and their 4 children. Dr. Handel raises money for the Multiple Sclerosis Society by participating in the Buckeye Breakaway, a 150 mile bike ride.

Dr. Erin Meffan
Dr. Erin Meffan is a 2017 graduate of The Ohio State University College of Optometry and an active member of the Ohio Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association. She has a passion for educating patients about their ocular health and general well-being and is dedicated to delivering the highest quality medical and routine eye care possible for patients in every walk of life. Her professional interests include treating dry eye disease, giving pediatric vision examinations and specialty contact lenses fitting.
Dr. Meffan graduated magna cum laude from Kent State University Honors College with her Bachelor’s in Biology (Pre-Medicine). She is originally from Hartville, Ohio where she graduated magna cum laude from Lake High School.
She spends her free time with her family and enjoys gardening, biking, kayaking, and hiking with her rescue dog, Dixie.

Dr. Caitlin Reghetti (Wise)
Dr. Caitlin Reghetti (Wise) is a graduate of The Ohio State University College of Optometry. She attended Bowling Green State University for her undergraduate degree where she graduated with University and Biology departmental honors. She was a member of Phi Beta Kappa Honors Society, Mortar Board National College Senior Honors Society, and Alpha Lambda Delta Honors Society.
While at Ohio State, Dr. Reghetti was an active member of Epsilon Psi Epsilon, a service fraternity that focuses on providing free eye care to those who cannot afford it and works closely with Pilot Eye Dogs, a company that provides guide dogs to patients in need.
During her final year at Ohio State, Dr. Reghetti completed a rotation at the Hefner VA Medical Center in Salisbury, North Carolina where she received training in detecting and treating glaucoma, macular degeneration, and other ocular diseases. She also worked as an intern at several optometric practices in Ohio, gaining experience and training in contact lenses and pre/post-operative treatment.
Dr. Reghetti is a northeast Ohio native, as she grew up in Wadsworth and now resides in Jackson Township with her husband and daughter. She enjoys Saturdays in the fall (O-H!) and in her spare time she enjoys yoga, traveling, boxing, and spending time with family and friends. Dr. Reghetti splits her time between practicing as an optometrist, creating recipes and content for her food blog, Cuts and Crumbles, and running her own optometric content creation business doing freelance writing and digital design for optometrists across the country.

Dr. Dan Slavik
Dr. Dan Slavik is a graduate of The Ohio State University College of Optometry, where he received training in all areas of primary care optometry including pediatrics, specialty contact lenses, and ocular disease. While at Ohio State he also met and graduated with his wife Megan, who is an optometrist practicing in Canton.
Dr. Slavik was born and raised in St. Clairsville, Ohio. He received his undergraduate degree from Kent State University, where he also received a scholarship to play baseball and lettered three years before turning his focus to becoming an optometrist.
In his free time, Dr. Slavik is a passionate fan of all things Buckeyes and Cleveland sports. He also enjoys collecting vinyl records.
